The premise is a gap: years spent analysing other people’s physiological data professionally, and none spent tracking my own. This isn’t an optimised biohacker instrumenting everything; it’s knowing the science and still finding it hard to care about my own health, and building the thing that would make me care. The live question is whether caring about your health is a bandwidth problem, a motivation problem, a planning problem, or a tracking problem.

The design conviction follows from that: behaviour change comes from delight and narrative, not discipline and dashboards. Capture should be a byproduct of something enjoyable, not a chore layered on top of it.

So does the working method — build small, ship weekly, and the test for anything is whether it survives daily use by the person who built it. That standard is the correction to about a year of building for other people that didn’t work, precisely because I wasn’t a user of it.

Current focus: LLM agents and GenAI tooling that shorten the path from acquisition to insight.
