Storytelling / accountability tool
Narrates planned versus actual activity and generates visual scenes as an accountability mechanism.
What
A tool that compares the day that was planned with the day that happened, narrates the difference, and generates visual scenes from it.
Why it mattered
The design conviction behind the independent work is that behaviour change comes from delight and narrative, not discipline and dashboards. A dashboard reports a number already known and easily ignored. A story about your own day, with pictures, is harder to look away from — which makes narrative an accountability mechanism rather than decoration.
If the capture tools test whether data can be collected without friction, this one tests whether the collected data can be given back in a form that changes anything.
My role
Built it.
Outcome
Built: narrates planned versus actual activity and generates visual scenes as an accountability mechanism.
